Booking Terms
- All bookings should be made via our online booking system (please contact us via email if you have any issues)
- Full payment is required at the point of booking
- A confirmation email with your booking details and useful information will be sent once the booking is complete
- A reminder that the site is for adults only (18+) and no dogs are allowed (except assistance dogs – please get in touch with us before booking if you are bringing an assistance dog)
- Arrival time is from 2pm
- Departure time is by 12pm
- We aim to keep our campsite and surrounding area as safe as possible, however please be mindful that this is an active smallholding and hazards (trip/slip/other!) may be present, particularly in certain weather conditions
Cancellations
- A full refund will be processed if you make us aware of any cancellation up until two weeks before your booking
- Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the booking date will not be eligible for a refund
